Joe leads the Anchor consultant team and has a strong reputation as a revenue cycle technology and operational strategy expert.. As founder of Anchor Healthcare Consultants, he brings hands-on experience helping hospitals and health systems improve financial performance and streamline revenue cycle operations. Joe has led large-scale projects at the Cleveland Clinic and later at NewYork Presbyterian. He has worked with leadership across technology and operations to provide insight on a variety of impactful areas: technology roadmap, vendor strategy, technical integration, team restructures, revenue cycle application assessments, operational strategy and planning, revenue cycle transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and much more.

He leverages his expertise to streamline billing processes, enhance reimbursement cycles, and implement effective strategies that improve financial performance. Mike's hands-on approach and deep technical understanding of Epic enable him to deliver data-driven performance improvement. Mike is known for translating complex data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency, accurate reimbursement, and financial sustainability for healthcare providers. Mike is leading the build out of Anchor’s new, proprietary analytics platform - Neptune - and is excited to share this new development with our revenue cycle clients!
